My cycle looked something like this: day 1 - carbs from green vegetables only. day 2 - 60g carbs day 3 - 120g carbs day 4 - 200g carbs day 5 - 300g carbs. When I did 7 day cycles, I did day 1 and day 2 twice each. I kept muscle mass and dropped bf, losing about 6kg in a month.
